Retention in M&A’s
How to keep the new group of employees (or indeed your own!)?
Retention is an important aspect in the M&A process, especially if you’re not looking to retain all employees! Selecting key talent, providing the right incentives and keeping them engaged throughout the transaction and beyond is a challenge.
Gabe Langerak will kick off this session setting the scene – How do you identify key talent?
We’ll then split in break out groups to discuss the outcome of the questions sent to you in advance of this meeting (see below).
A couple of corporate members (including Wim de Zeeuw, formerly of Teva) will be asked share their challenges with regard to retention in M&A’s.
Finally Gabe will share the outcome of the global survey recently held under a large group of multinationals with regard to retention followed by a group discussion based on the breakout groups.
We’ll close with fingerfood and drinks for further mingling and networking.
Once you’ve registered for this event, we’ll share a set of questions to you for you to prepare for this learning event. Even if you’ve never directly involved in any M&A you can try to think of your responses to these questions. Or ask your collegues who are maybe more direct involved about their views on the questions - and do bring them with you!.
