IEBA is the world's leading association providing education, information and professional development opportunities in the constantly evolving world of International Employee Benefits. We have over 700 individual members as well as a number of corporate members (employers all of whose employees are entitled to the benefits of membership).
Our aim of bringing together like-minded practitioners clearly has resonance in today's world, with employee benefits increasingly high on the agenda of employers. Our members come together to learn and to discuss issues relating to international benefits with one another at our Annual Conference and at our events in the various countries where local IEBA branches operate.
Membership, providing access to IEBA events, is open to anyone with an interest in international employee benefits, regardless of country of residence. Membership runs for a year from 1 July, and is free for those studying for the Diploma and €95 (or £75 or CHF130 depending on country of residence) otherwise. See the Membership tab on how to apply.
A Members' Area of this website provides access to our new Digital Library of past presentations at events and past issues of IEBA News, Food for Thought and Benefits & Compensation International. Material in the Digital Library can only be viewed and downloaded if users are logged in as an IEBA member, providing further added value to the advantages of IEBA membership.
The tenth edition of the 'IEBA NEWS' is now available.

IEBA was founded with the objective of providing education to its members, and this has remained the key vocation of the Association as it has grown over the years. We offer two distinct educational programmes in international employee benefits, the IEBA Diploma and the IEBA Certified Practitioner (for 2018) as well as overseeing the provision of an up to date flow of related educational materials. more
We hold our Annual Conference in Brussels in March and have done so every year since 2007. We have been consistently attracting an attendance close to the maximum of 160 that the venue can accommodate; this reflects our continued efforts to keep our activities relevant and topical, as well as our policy of keeping the attendance fee as low as possible. more
Local branches of IEBA are now operational in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the Nordic region, Switzerland, the UK and the US, each running a regular programme of seminars, discussions and informal events. On this website you can find details of forthcoming events, lists of past events, and (for members only) downloadable copies of the presentations. more
Membership of IEBA gives you access to a regular programme of educational and networking member activities, hosted in a variety of different countries throughout the year and combining an exciting programme of presentations, workshops and social events; discounted priority applications to attend the IEBA Annual Conference; and professional support and development through the IEBA Diploma and the IEBA Certified Practitioner (for 2018) programmes. more
