Welcome

IEBA is the world's leading association providing education, information and professional development opportunities in the constantly evolving world of International Employee Benefits.  We have over 800 members, including nominated employees of our corporate members (all of whose employees are entitled to the benefits of membership).

In addition to the development of the International Diploma and the Certified Practitioner Accreditation, our objectives include facilitating the exchange of information between its members on matters relating to international employee benefits. Our members come together to learn and to discuss issues relating to international benefits with one another at our Annual Conference and at our events in the various countries where local IEBA branches operate.

Membership, providing access to IEBA events, is open to anyone with an interest in international employee benefits, regardless of country of residence. Membership runs for a year from 1 July, and is free for those studying for the Diploma and €95 (or £75 or CHF130 depending on country of residence) for individuals otherwise. Corporate membership is also available.

A Members' Area of this website provides access to our new Digital Library of past presentations at events and past issues of IEBA News, Food for Thought and Benefits & Compensation International. Material in the Digital Library can only be viewed and downloaded if users are logged in as an IEBA member, providing further added value to the advantages of IEBA membership. See the Membership tab on how to apply.

  Education

IEBA was founded with the objective of providing education to its members, and this has remained the key vocation of the Association as it has grown over the years. We offer two distinct educational programmes in international employee benefits, the IEBA Diploma and the IEBA Certified Practitioner (for 2018) as well as overseeing the provision of an up to date flow of related educational materials. more

  Annual Conference

We hold our Annual Conference in Brussels in March and have done so every year since 2007.  We have been consistently attracting an increasing attendance that is now close to the maximum of 190 that the venue can accommodate;  this reflects our continued efforts to keep our activities relevant and topical, as well as our policy of keeping the attendance fee as low as possible. more

  Local Branches

Local branches of IEBA are now operational in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the Nordic region, Switzerland, the UK and the US, each running a regular programme of seminars, discussions and informal events. On this website you can find details of forthcoming events, lists of past events, and (for members only) downloadable copies of the presentations. more
