IEBA is a premier Association providing education, information and professional development
opportunities in the constantly evolving world of International Employee Benefits.
International Diploma.
Working with the UK's Pensions Management Institute, IEBA runs a Diploma in International
Employees Benefits (Dip. IEB), to meet the professional needs of individuals working for
consultancies, insurance companies and pensions/remuneration and benefits departments of
commercial companies around the globe.
Further details of the Diploma and the related educational aspects of IEBA may be accessed
through the sections shown at the top of the page.
International Employee Benefits Conference
IEBA sponsors an annual conference, bringing together the sector's pre-eminent thinkers and
practitioners in an exciting programme of presentations, workshops and social events and
providing international benefits professionals with an unrivalled opportunity to meet to hear
from distinguished speakers and share ideas in the field. Following the success of the 2006
Conference, held in Geneva, future conferences are planned for other locations around Europe,
with the 2007 Conference being held in Brussels.
Further details, including copies of some of the presentations from past conferences, may
be found under Events.
Regular meetings
For over 30 years the Double Century Club (DCC) has organised monthly meetings from September to
May in London, combining presentations on matters of interest to international benefits
practitioners and social networking opportunities, including an annual dinner and a wine
tasting event. In 2006 IEBA and DCC agreed to a full sharing of resources, and IEBA membership
now gives access to the events of both organisations. Future London events are shown under
Events;
proceedings from DCC events prior to 2006 can be found at
Double Century Club.
A similar structure of meetings was initiated in October 2006, in the Netherlands. See the
Events page or contact
info@ieba.nl for more information.
